Your Ideal Schedule is a place to daydream without restrictions.
Use your Ideal Schedule to imagine a new reality, even if it feels far away right now. The first step to start pulling it towards you is to expand your imagination until you begin to see what your new reality might look like.
Sometimes it's hard to look beyond the day-to-day routines and habits. You may even feel powerless around time. Time, however, is the great equalizer. Everyone gets the same 24 hours and 7 days a week. Even celebrities can't buy an extra hour. If you are feeling stuck, powerless, or ready for change, playing with how you spend your time can be just what you need to get into FORWARD MOMENTUM.
You may revisit your Ideal Schedule regularly and adjust it or redo it completely. The power of this tool comes from playing with it and seeing what it unlocks in you, not necessarily forcing it into reality. - Do you want to move or exercise? When feels like the best time of day to do that?
- What is fun for you and when will that show up in the week?
- Does it feel good to connect with source? Do you want to set aside time to meditate, pray or visit your place of worship?
- How will you take care of yourself, relax, pamper and practice self-care?
The Ideal Schedule is a phenomenal tool to help you daydream, expand your imagination and play with the constructs of time. However, the goal is not to live your Ideal Schedule every week. Instead, experiment with sprinkling in a few upgrades to your schedule each week.
